Lake Conroe
Adam decided to book a little weekend getaway for us. Have I mentioned how great he is?:) We went to La Torretta which is on Lake Conroe. We left Friday right after work and spent 2 nights there. It was super relaxing. We spent yesterday by the pool, floating in the lazy river, and watching college football. It doesn't get better than that!

Thumbs up from Baby Mille!

Adam and I had our 21 week appointment today. We were supposed to go on Friday, but our appointment was cancelled. Needless to say we were a little dissapointed:(
Everything is going well for us. He's at 1lb, 1oz and is measuring in the 87th percentile for his weight. We had a few pictures today, but this was the best one. He was very active and I think it was hard for her to get a nice still shot. I've gained 16 pounds so far... I've really been watching what I eat and how much I eat. Hopefully, that will be my biggest weight jump, but I'm afraid the worst is yet to come! We are so excited to get to meet the little guy.
Two of our neighbors had their babies this week! Kelly had Addison and Shal had baby Ava! A co-worker also had a little baby boy. All of these babies are getting me even more and more excited:) I know that the time is going to fly by. With school starting, a trip to Charlotte in October and the holiday's right around the corner, January 15th will be here before we know it!
I am so thankful to have Adam here with me everyday. Seriously, he is the best:) I could go on and on........

20 Weeks
We are halfway there! We went shopping today for little __________:) He's going to be the best dressed little fella! His closet is starting to fill up rather quickly. Hopefully he's not a porker...we've realize that we've bought a lot of 0-3 month clothes. We go back to see Dr. Davis on Friday for an ultrasound.

Cloth Diapers

Aren't these the cutest little things!?! Adam and I have decided that we are going to cloth diaper Baby Mille. Cloth diapers have come a long...long....way! If you would have asked me 5 months ago what a cloth diaper was I would have a said a white sheet and big pins! Cloth diapers are way more economical and enviornmentally friendly. I never knew how bad disposable diapers are for a baby. I guess there is a reason why chemical engineers design them.... I was so excited to get our first order of them today:)
I also got a box of clothes from Mom. She's already starting to spoil her first grandson:)!
