And the winner is...

Sherwin Williams - Hearts of Palms!

7 paint samples later I finally made a decision.

It's the color all the way to the right.

I am hoping to finish the laundry room tomorrow before Adam gets back from Boston:)!

A New "Herb" Garden.

Adam and I love to cook. We like to have fresh spices and herbs. We used to have planters under our window, but when Brodie entered our life those quickly were destroyed. We've contemplated on what to do and this is what we ended up with today!

Antique Store Finds.

Here are a few things I got at an antique store near our house.

I've been looking for a bench to put by our laundry room door. This is exactly what I had in mind!

I got this candle holder too!

What. A. Day.

What a day it's been.

I spent yesterday looking at friends blogs and their friends blogs and their friends blogs.

I wanted to get some ideas for decorating for Halloween since Halloween isn't really my favorite holiday. I found some of the cutest ideas and I am so happy with the way that some of them turned out.

We started off the day carving and decorating pumpkins. Adam is still deciding on what he wants to carve!

Our monogrammed pumpkins!

A wreath I made.

Grocery Game

I've heard people talk about the "Grocery Game" before, but never really had the patience to start playing. Basically the way it works is each week they produce a list of everything that is on sale at your local grocery store, in my case Kroger. I also get a list for CVS and Walgreens. The list tells you what is on sale, what coupons you should have and the total percent off. Alot of times items are FREE or very little. Today I went to Kroger and my total before coupons/sales was $97.75 and I saved $54.66. I only paid $43.09 for a TON of stuff!! Here is the website incase you want to check it out: grocerygame.com. Good Luck!
